Purchased my tickets from Toronto to New York and I did not have to deal with the atrocious mobile site of the bus company. Payment was simple and easy thanks!

Wonderfully easy to use. Easy interface. Best deals around - highly recommended.

Very easy and straight forward. This app makes it very easy to search the best prices and times of departure for you trip.

I travel as much as my budget allows and prefer to take the bus, since its cheaper and most events are nearby. This app paired with Airbnb makes traveling an absolute BREEZE.

All I had to do was make an in app purchase and then show up at the megabus and greyhound bus stations

Ive always used Wanderu to do my scouring for tickets. Always the cheapest!

Some bad moments

Straight up doesnt work. Cant input cities without it bugging out.

Couldnt print ticket, no way to call the company, send email it takes 24 hours to reply. I would suggest buying tickets directly from the bus company.

If you love your bookings messed up, your time wasted, and worthless customer service then this is your app. My booking was perfect til I submitted and received the confirmation. I was directed to the carrier I "booked" with. Now Im jumping through hoops and pending 6-8 weeks to hopefully get a refund I shouldnt be fighting for in the first place. From now on Ill go straight to the carrier for my bookings. Big waste of time and money.

Useful app to find times and options easily. Poor booking interface lead to purchase 2 tickets for one-way instead of 1 round-trip. App effectively cost $31 due to the booking fail.

Its better apps to use than this one dont really recommend it unless you have nothing else.

Lets start with customer service at Wanderu. When they pick up the phone they very emphatically say "we are not a bus company". They say this over and over again to wash their hands off the faulty service. OK - I get it. I purchase from Kayak, Booking.com...but if something goes wrong they take full responsibility. Now - to the app. This is one of the only apps that aggregates across bus and train service. So they get a lot of press. But beleive me this app is a piece of nonsense. It looks like it is an old mobile web interface with pretty bad UX. Search, calendar - it is slow but has pretty bad interface. Totally behind times.
