This app is actually very handy it picks up on mostly Andy bus or train carrier In your location and give you the cheapest to the most pricey tickets. I love this app----

This was my first actual experience with this app, and it was be cause a good friend of mine put me on to it. So far, so good.

Lets start with customer service at Wanderu. When they pick up the phone they very emphatically say "we are not a bus company". They say this over and over again to wash their hands off the faulty service. OK - I get it. I purchase from Kayak, Booking.com...but if something goes wrong they take full responsibility. Now - to the app. This is one of the only apps that aggregates across bus and train service. So they get a lot of press. But beleive me this app is a piece of nonsense. It looks like it is an old mobile web interface with pretty bad UX. Search, calendar - it is slow but has pretty bad interface. Totally behind times.

Very easy and helpful Great app

I love this app. It makes planning a bus or train trip so easy. Especially when you can connect two different bus companies or a bus and a train to get somewhere that you cant get too directly.

This app literally made it possible for me to get a new bus ticket and make it to an important event! I was on my way to my original bus, realized that I had forgotten something essential and had to return home, making it impossible for me to catch that bus. Thanks to Wanderu, I was able to book an alternate on the fly and get where i was going at a reasonable hour. I will never take another bus or train trip without it. Thanks, Wanderu!

Easy to use quick and fun!

This app is amazing! Makes booking easy and fast. Favorite feature has to be the cheap filter! It will get you where you need to go without breaking the bank! 5 stars easy!!

I tried to use the Wanderu app to take a day trip to NYC with my sister on our weeklong Philly trip, and all went well... Until the day came that we had to go catch our bus. I thought it strange that the BoltBus tickets we had purchased didnt have a specific address, but I was confident we would be able to find the location in time. This may be a BoltBus thing rather than Wanderu, but I dont know. Regardless, I was wrong and it caused us to miss our bus and waste nearly $50 for two round trip tickets. I tried the location listed on the app, and even asked a bus driver for a completely different company and he tried giving me an address as well but by the time I found it, our seats would likely have been sold to passersby anyway. This app has great potential, but I believe that for it to get 5 stars from me, it would get an exact bus stop address from BoltBus like it does for the other transportation services. As it is, I feel 2 stars is a bit generous... I can guarantee that I will not be using the Wanderu app again.

The app is flakey/inconsistent, works when it wants to—so to speak. ...youll typically find much better deals on their actual website, which I do recommend. boo this app!

Saves me a lot of time. Only drawback is it doesnt show you the hidden fees that the bus/train company might have until the checkout screen.

This app has honestly got me back to work & between cities short notice so many times. This app is great. Amen. Game changer.

This app is the best way to find the shortest and cheapest bus and train rides. Its much easier and simpler to use than all the individual company sites. Payment is easy too. Id highly recommend for students and people trying to get around cheaply.

This App is great, compares the lowest rates from bus and train lines to help you find the best way to get to your destination. Great way to catch a bus to a cheaper airport too! Very user friendly easily able to search days before, and days after, if travel dates are flexible. Also can organize fares by cheapest, shortest, latest, and earliest to name a few! Highly recommend app to anyone!

i dont even live in Yonkers and it always has Yonkers as the departure city no matter how many times i change it back to my location, its always on yonkers so i cant even use it.
